We are essentially relegated with that result. I don't mind us losing 3-2, 4-2 even, but they way we gave up in such an important game will never be ok by me, ever!
It's actually more than just that game though, it's the complete lack of ambition and drive to push this football club forward. Hillsborough hasn't been touched in years, we do naff all with the community, our academy and grass roots fall behind even league 1 clubs, we don't ever seem to sell players and reinvest the money into younger hungry players with potential, the match day facilities are utter rubbish, we have seen clubs that weren't a patch on ours surpass us on every level by having a long term strategy on and off the pitch whilst our fans are forced to pay the highest prices in the league. The list is endless!
The only wonderful thing about this club is our fans and we have an owner who is fleecing us on every level. He knows he doesn't have to invest as we will still turn up come rain or shine. He states his ambition is to get us to the premier league , really? He's not even bothered if we stay in the championship.
