  1. Last season he was playing in a team that was around the play offs most of the season and still didn't score a league goal so he can't rely on the lack of service as an excuse.
  2. Agree. No way would I swap Fusire and Valery. Valery has done really well in midfield and Fusire has looked like he is improving steadily by the game at RWB.
  3. His lack of form is not down to having no Poveda and no Roehl. Röhl was here last season as were Musaba, Windass and an on fire Gassama. he failed to score in the league last season, as he has done so far this season. I don't know what the problem is but it is not the lack of Poveda or Roehl or of solid professionals around him. We were around the play offs for most of last season so there is something wrong if a striker fails to score score under those circumstances. It is not a question of hating Ugbo just being realistic about his contribution. It is a shame as it seems he is a popular member of the squad which I doubt he would be if the other players felt he was not putting in the effort.
  4. I think the Portugal national team manager was watching him at that game so I got the impression he was crying because he had to go off rather than just because he lost a tooth.
  5. The first thing the new owners should do is give him the contract he would have got before we got the embargo. I think it would be wise to put him on the bench for West Brom.
  6. This should be the reasoning and, hopefully, the official wording
  7. Yes it was only when Liam switched to the right and he had an out and out winger trying to defend against him that he looked anything like the player Sky were wetting themselves over before the game.
  8. Exactly what I said a few posts earlier but you said it more succinctly. Even I understand what I meant now
  9. Buy it now while there is a chance to save a year's wasted time in League 1 if we can get some decent frees and loans in before the transfer deadline. We could also get a clear run at the January window. There's no point waiting until DC inflicts even moree damage just to save a few million while knowing we will definitely be relegated and also risking someone else beating you to the take over.
  10. I'm not saying it can't happen. I think we are very close to being kicked out of the league but I am not wishing for it to happen as I think it is the worst of all outcomes apart from liquidation.
  11. It would be the end of Sheffield Wednesday.
  12. How does being kicked out of the league help? Presumably Chansiri will still own us and presumably nobody will want to take us over.
