The embargo currently has zero effect on transfers. And it should have no effect on current staff. These are supposedly professional footballers. They were collectively disastrous today - absolutely no excuses.

Musaba HAS to learn when to get rid of the ball.

It’s known as the Peter Principle - it occurs in almost all organisations.

Henrik Pedersen discusses his switch to Wednesday

Especially when you add in the departure (sad though it may be) of Liam Dooley - all at the same time! -
When the Sunderland fans began singing “You’re getting sacked in the morning “, the Owls fans joined in with them.

Bear in mind that we have the East End, and we’ll be looking West into the sun all afternoon (if it’s sunny of course). Wide brim hats and baseball caps needed so you can see the game more easily.

Hope you’re wrong, but everything points to this.

Agreed - but I would prefer Peterborough in the playoffs. I could accept it if we were 2-0 up. -

You wouldn’t believe that they are the team with 10 men. -
At the moment there is no real benefit to finishing third. IMHO 3rd should automatically be in final. 5th v 6th should play-off to meet 4th in the semifinal, with the winner playing 3rd at Wembley.

Go there now and you’d never believe how it was in the 60’s and 70’s.

I have heard that there “was a bust up with the Chairman” after the Barnsley game (from a Wednesday employee) and all it did was precipitate the FGR disgrace. Also that bonuses have been withheld - then you see the farce that follows. Ashamedly, you’re also right about the players.
-
I’ve heard (seriously) that wages have been paid but bonuses have not.

Look no further than the arrival of Chansiri back at the club. He went for them after the Barnsley game. What followed was the disgrace at FGR and the farce that has followed.

Half-time and Alan Curbishley, on Charlton stream, says we’re the most professional team in this league, he’s seen all season. Compliments indeed for Darren Moore.

WEDNESDAY ~V~ PORT VALE - OMDT

No - invariably comes back. -
completely agree he deserves a chance….. imho it won’t work and, if he’s given a full season, we’ll be straight back down.
-
….. if we don’t go up he goes. If we go up and he stays - imho, we’ll come straight back down.

It's absolutely NAILED ON for Saturday isn't it

Never happen. As long as Chansiri is at Wednesday, there will be no place for either of the 2 Hirsts or Nigel Pearson. They deliberately cost the club (and therefore Chansiri) hundreds of thousands of pounds. -
Not having a go at all. How he speaks and communicates is an essential part of what he is/does. How he speaks and constructs sentences cannot be anything but personal - I’m criticising an aspect of what I see as a part of him that has a major impact on how he does his job and comes across not only to his public, but also, possibly, to his staff.

Don’t know about rehearsing, but I think there’s a lot of truth in the last sentence. He sounds unintelligent because he is. It also shows in how he constructs sentences and speaks. You don’t have to be intelligent to be a football manager, but as a minimum you need tactical awareness and/or intelligence (preferably both). He makes it appear that he has neither.
