He has to provide sufficient stewards to cover all ST holders plus any POTG and away fans. If the official attendance is say 20k then he has to provide stewarding for that, if only 10k turn up that's his tough luck.

Point is if the IFR are trying to kick him out then they must appoint Trustees and DC can do nothing about that until the legal case has been decided so he couldn't damage us further. That's the new law.

On that subject, if there is poor ST take up for next season I predict DC will close it.

We need to keep up the pressure on Chumpsiri (clearly ST sales will be crucial here), as it is going to take time for the IFR to be fully up to speed, but ultimately (if he doesn't sell) he will have to face them and they will have the powers to deal with him. Goodness knows where we will be when that happens though.

What's more if Chumpsiri wants to fight it, he can't have the administrators set aside until such time as the Courts/Arbitration reaches it's final verdict, which means he has zero control over the club for that period. That is extremely significant as it gives a club protection from a vindictive owner deliberately doing further damage. This isn't pie in the sky, it is now the law.

Lane End holds 4k. You're assuming a further 8K tickets sold in our own areas which given the circumstances I just don't see happening.

He can't, the Lane end is limited to about 4,000 and if he sells seats in the home areas it will be utter carnage especially given many are already sold to ST holders who may or may not observe the boycott. Pretty sure SAG & SYP will absolutely rule this out.

Staff going on strike and getting a game or two abandoned would be hugely helpful to the IFR building their case against Chumpsiri. Bring it on.
