I listened to Wilshere’s interview on Talksport yesterday. He was asked about his links to Powell. He said he’d only met him for 15 minutes after Wednesday played Norwich last season. He talked about how excellent Danny Röhl was and his methods. Said they exchanged numbers and he knew he was the right man to stand at the side of him in the dugout. Powell is a huge miss for us.
