I mean 3 out of the 4 roles are pretty self explanatory, not sure how much more info people would need. But regardless, it's not really that staggering considering the way the club has been run for the last 10 years or especially the last 6 months, nor given the club is currently being run under extraordinary measures by administrators. Hopefully the new owners will get to grips with the basics day 1 and we can all choose to moan about football related stuff instead.

I'm open minded to retaining him, if we get serious investment and can attract better or much better then great, but trying to seriously evaluate his performance and ability to compete in this league at this minute seems absolutely pointless as we're a million miles away from being competitive.

Why is it relevant if he's volunteered to do it or someone's got a gun to his head and making him do it, that doesn't change the squad or the reasons we find ourselves in the situation we're in does it.

Only sort of agree he's had a tough hand? What would make you completely agree he's been given a tough hand exactly?

All down to quality or complete lack of from front to back. Effort alone won't get you many points this season but that's where we find ourselves for the foreseeable future.

People need to decide if they want Pederson to try and win the match (LOL) or give youngsters game time, they're not really compatible. Moaning that he's not using the bench, when it's crystal clear why he's not using the bench when you take one look at it, is pointless.

Yep, harsh to blame Valery, really stupid pass and their player was on him from behind immediately.

Yeh they were organised, worked hard enough etc... but their quality at the right moments is what did a job on us. Whether we like it or not, how many of our players get into their squad (not even first 11)...Bannan, Amass? Maybe Lowe on the bench? It was there for them on a plate today as long as they put in a competent performance and took their opportunities which they did (apart from a couple), the least surprising derby day result in decades.
