I think any plan will need to revolve around what we do with the ground and if we move to build a new one, completion dates for a rebuild or new ground will likely be the target for premier league football. Also, you can build a team in league 1 that can have back to back promotions to the premier league, which has been proven.

Personally I think a 5 year plan is pretty optimistic, we have no guarantees about any embargoes being lifted and next season could potentially be a tough season. I think 8 - 10 years is far more a realistic time frame for us to start to realise our full potential. Id much prefer our next owner to be someone/group who are willing to play the long game.

Sign the one who will offer most next season.
