  1. Horvath - 6 Valery - 6.5 Otegbayo - 6 Palmer - 7 Fusire - 6 Ingelsson - 6 Bannan - 7 Amass - 7 J.Lowe - 6 Cadamarteri - 5 McNeill - 7.5 Cooper - 6 Redmond - 6.5
  2. Bernard won't play in League 1 but we have to work out what players we'd want to keep for next year's campaign.
  3. The 25% doesn't help BUT if new bidders are put off by this then they probably aren't a great fit for what we need long term...which is lots of money to turn around this shambles of a club.
  4. The designated penalty taker is Bannan, the captain. McNeil may well have wanted it for his hat trick but it’s about the team. Even if Bannan had missed, McNeill would be sat at home tonight thinking he’d had a great game, whereas he’s now at home knowing his miss cost us the game.
  5. Our home record has been poor for a long time. People won't pay good money to watch this. Last week against United was a real kick in the guts too and Pederson can only set us up to try to keep possession but he's been unable to coach us to improve us defensively or in the attacking third.
  6. Pederson has run out of ideas too now.
  7. Disappointed with Pederson and his tactics today, second half. Boring sideways possession second half with no attempt to get players to the byline or put crosses in. Subs way too late AGAIN. He said Cooper and Redman could only do 15 mins but why have players ont the bench if you aren't going to use them. Also it was a joke at the end with Alao - he was stripped and ready to go on, Pederson must have been speaking to him 5 mins, then he's stood freezing his knackers off for another 5 mins before Pederson decides not to put him on. What a shambles from Pederson.
  8. It was madness to let him take the penalty as tonight he'll be feeling dreadful...and he's scored two goals. He's worth a place in the starting line up but he'd do even better as a striker if we played a proper two up top
  9. If everyone who said they were boycotting Hillsborough because of DC, then we'd be selling out most games. The reality is that supporters won't attend out of mere loyalty. They won't pay to watch a team who are already relegated who barely score and don't create many chances. Nor will they want to watch a team coached to just try to keep the ball without doing anything with it.
  10. In the first half we got success by going wide and getting crosses in. Second half we reverted to both Amass and Fusire CONSTANTLY cutting inside and possession that went nowhere. Pederson must learn and change these dreadful tactics and coach players to get wide, get crosses in and get players going for the byline to pick out players breaking into the box.
  11. Absolutely. We all said around me that Bannan should take it as he's the designated penalty taker. After the Ugbo debacle last season this was totally baffling - and more worrying that Pederson didn't acknowledge that afterwards.
  12. I'm not sure what the EFL rules state, or how they could be interpreted but I wish it could be interpreted in a way that the 15 point deduction, and any other points deductions for other misdemeanors, could come this season. Jordan is right. 25 pence in the pound is rewarding bad owners - and puts £10m or so in DCs pocket that new owners could have invested in the club.
  13. Smith and Valentin would walk into our team.
  14. Why don't we seem to hear that person X has been identified from CCTV / other evidence having thrown something into the pitch - and been banned?
  15. Horvath: 5 Iorfa: 6 Cooper: 7 M. Lowe: 6 Fusire: 6 Amass: 6 Valery: 6 Bannan: 8 McNeill: 7 Ingelsson: 6 Cadamarteri: 4 J. Lowe: 5 Palmer: na Thornton: na Johnson: na Miles (ref): 4
  16. Looping cross and Horvath doesn't come out AGAIN despite it being headed in from the 6 yard line.
  17. I agree he has to change something. We are getting well beaten most games so there is nothing to lose.
  18. Supporters deserve better today from those wearing the shirt.
  19. At least went Tottenham today!
  20. I stayed until the end - always do - but I didn't clap them off today. They were appalling.
  21. Amass got stuck in today but he doesn't get into the final third. He cuts back every time and as a LWB that isn't good. Perhaps in a better side he might have more confidence to do so, but he's still well short of a top end Championship player yet. He will be in time, but not yet.
  22. I'm not prepared to accept any Wednesday team not put a shift in - today was unacceptable. A manager who keeps making the same tactical mistakes each week worries me. He has limited options but fannying about at the back is a choice...and a bad one.
