There is a good player in there, He is intelligent and got good technique, but I would love to see bit more urgency and determination in him. Don't think that He can play as a striker at good level as He is lacking in physicality. Looks like He found his role in bit deeper role, getting to the box late and getting less notion from opposition defenders.
