Bin off a back 3 Play a really really annoyingly boring and tight 5-4-1 or 4-4-2 Juat make it horrible and frustrating for teams. Think Oxford United. It shouldn't be rocket science.

He's a coach. A decent coach. He doesn't manage and never appears to have a Plan B. I've said it often enough but I'll say it again, we should be playing each game to grind out a point with the possibility of maybe, just maybe, digging out the occasional scrappy winner. If that means 4-4-2 or 5-4-1 until we have new owners, then so be it. The 'style' of football should be irrelevant and it should be all about getting points and avoiding shipping goals.

3 at the back ... again...

Unless we stop playing with a back three it will make little difference ..

When we set up with 3 at the back it will happen whoever we play. Then we stick to playing out when the players aren't capable. HP should know by now. It took DR long enough but he eventually understood. Should have started 4-4-2 or 5-4-1 with Cooper and Iorfa as two centre backs and made it really annoyingly frustrating for them ...and every opposition team until we are bought. Grind out points home and away. Annoying and ugly but it's what we can be capable of.

Wrong formation and wrong starting 11...we had very little chance with the quality of the players but the starting formation and 11 simply made it easy for dem blades.

If he persists with 3 at the back and that team we're screwed in the first 45 mins.

Just drop the 3 at the back. Try it. If we lose more and look sheite then try something else. Keep trying. Let the other teams presume we will play 3 at the back. Just try and stop making it easy for other teams.

3 at the back. Took DR long enough to realise you had to change the style of game we play when up against tougher opposites. With a smaller squad and in the Championship we should be using a simpler system that makes it more difficult for teams to score against us and not trying to set a 'Wednesday' method of playing. The back three look knackered. While ever we are physically and mentally under the cosh until we get new owners just become the team that are a pain in the arse to score against. 4 - 4 - 2 or 4 - 5 - 1

Yep he is to blame but the way we are set up doesn't help.
