  1. I’m not convinced by Eze if I’m honest.
  2. That’s a decent goal from Gordon but I’m dismayed with our inability to put in a decent cross into the box.
  3. It’s a difficult one this. I am a season ticket holder for 35-40 years. The way Chansiri is running the club is affecting my mental health - I want him gone. I am boycotting the Middlesbrough game but am dreading season ticket renewal time because I need football as a release from the grind of life; I can honestly say, I don’t know what I will do - it’s they archetypical “between a rock and a hard place” situation. I have and will boycott but I won’t be like some of the “holier than thou” lot on here and belittle those that attend because, although I wish they will boycott, I know how hard it is not to attend. Football is a massive thing for some people and attending the match is essential for them. We need to take the vastly reduced attendance as a success and not count a few thousand attending as a failure. Let’s do our bit and leave the rest to the consciences of the others - belittling them is wrong but also like p1551ng into the wind.
  4. I think it was easily Iorfa. Even without his goal, he was outstanding.
  5. I hate possession football in its current form and the dreadful tiki-taka that came before it, and I have done for a long time - see my posts above from as early as 2012. There’s nothing wrong with possession football when it’s played with an emphasis on attacking and not to either constantly “reset” or starve the opposition of the ball. I’ve no problem with analysis. It’s been around a long time in some form or other.
  6. In an interesting twist, Cleethorpes FC play in Grimsby.
  7. He’s not an MP - he’s in the House of Lords.
  8. I don't think that couldn't happen unfortunately. That land was gifted to the people of Sheffield by some rich industrialist and, therefore, cannot be developed for private enterprise.
  9. Ecclesfield where Ecclesfield Red Rose FC/Meadow Farm is and where Shardlow's used to be and the land/fields behind going into Chapeltown. That way, it'd be a hop, skip and a jump for me.
  10. Weaver would be on the bench for me with Palmer in the back three instead of Otegbayo. Playing Palmer in midfield didn’t work today as he is a defender not a midfielder. The young lad that came on for Palmer (his name escapes me) should always be picked for midfield in front of Palmer. Weaver and Otegbayo are too inexperienced and need easing into the first team.
  11. Let’s just calm down. I’m sure that the EFL will be sensitive to and sensible with any new owner.
