    I don’t think we have the real estate anywhere in Sheffield, without significant compulsory purchases, to build a new stadium anywhere near the centre. Id love to think a new owner could knock down the Lep and North and build the first stage of a modern renovation.

    This does feel like playing hard ball. Going VERY public doesn’t feel like a usual approach but after two rejections and little communication this may just be a prod, especially with the shïtshow of this last week. All good things said. Hope this approach triggers some movement.
