  1. Did they ever pay back the money to the Bin Laden family?
  2. It happened to my mate, (schoolmate actually) a long time ago though. Stood on the kop, he just turned round and a coin hit him just above the eye, opened up his eyebrow. Just a little bit lower and he could have lost his eye.
  3. Yeah, he comes back to get the ball... Then he has nobody further up the pitch to pass to, because he is not there. The only player we have with any ability in midfield (mainly anywhere) is Bannan, he is no good whatsoever in defence. What is the point in having the best ball playing player in defence, this works both ways... We are going down (but we are known for making the impossible come true) so why not attack every game, get him up the pitch, stop playing the same system, play to win. What is the point in just turning up with the same system (which is not working) every game. We are down, baring a miracle... But we have not given us a chance of any miracle, by having Bannan as a defender. We need to try and win matches, not just put up a good show. Attack and lose, rather than play not to lose and lose. Call it Keeganesque, but why not try and win by attacking the thuck out of them, which is absolutely useless with Bannan defence.
  4. It should still not be him. That is why we have not much going forward. While ever he is defending, the opposition know they can go forward even more because there is nothing in between the defence and attack, and the attack is weak at best anyway. This is where Pedersen should be changing it around, he is doing the same things, yet expecting different results.
  5. That is the problem. He should be nowhere near the defence. If he is defending all game, how can we expect to attack with any purpose. We need to set up to attack, it is no good setting up not to lose, we are anyway. We are doing the exact same set up game after game and expecting a different result, it is not going to change doing that.
  6. Coming up to Christmas innit
  7. A week? Not weth guin aht
  8. We had better win the coin flick and kick uphill first half.
  9. What is the point in having Cooper on the bench, to bring on when we are 3-0 down.
  10. Sorry Didn't mean to sound like I was having a go because you were knocking it. Each to their own. It was more of a point about everybody has to shove in these days, they can't wait a their turn for anything, I want it now.
  11. No, it hasn't always been like that. Generally, i said generally the clientele had respect for each other, they didn't feel the need to push in front of anybody else, the pub also used to have excellent bar staff that knew who was next to be served. Not like pubs now, where all they do is try and get served before anybody else, even if they have just walked in. Shoving in to be served first, then having to go home early because they are not the big man they thought they were Anyway, what a great pub it used to be.
  12. Well, if we definitely know where it is going to be exciting, loads will turn up.
  13. Yeah, there is a real F1 car with Lando Norris name on it.
  14. We didn't need Rhodes were we've been either
  15. Why would we need to lay a new pitch? It's only just been done. One of the best and a only a few to have it. Don't understand why money was spent on that, but not save it and pay wages and things but people, especially one, work in mysterious ways.
