  1. hopefully they'll come up, loved our away trip their in the pink, Bazza 40 yarder!!!
  2. We could Chill or fill in the template Billionaire {Insert Public School Name Must be double barrelled surname} could bid for Sheffield Wednesday His deep pockets are estimated to be worth {Insert number between 20 and 100} billion dollars {Name} has expressed his desire to be a Premier League football club owner after successful ownership of {Insert non descript name of foreign sports club} {Name} has signed an NDA but has also spoken in depth and with considerable detail to {insert non descript name of sports journal} completely breaking any non-disclosure agreements and rather than acting like a professional business person, acknowledging that he is in in auction and playing his cards close to his chest on his auction bid, has in fact communicated to the whole world that he will be bidding {insert amount between 30 and 60) million pounds. {For extra authenticity points insert a problem that SWFC face that {Name} will address as priority}
  3. I'm sure Baz has missed crucial penalties for us!!! I think the OP will get over it!!!!
  4. All bidders will let everyone know their bid, of course it must be concrete. Bidder B, C, D, E now knows exactly what to bid to beat this one. Makes perfect sense that Ashley would bid and tell everyone the details!!! Think it through
  5. With NDA's signed and no serious bidder revealing their hand in an auction, this is all nonsense, I wish these ITK articles/posts would go away, only a few days till we get a preferred bidder announced, be patient!!!
  6. Agree, thought we'd given up on the season late July!!! Some brief fight in league cup made me wonder, as did the win at Pompey, DC leaving once again gave me some hope but the damage was done before a ball got kicked IMHO.
  7. It's an irritating necessity that means we probably need a big bullish type of side that will win at all costs (attractive football) to get out of league 1 that in the main will not have the ability to step up to the Championship an need further investement. New owners have to do their homework and employ people that have the know how for each step of the journey back. That's my biggest fear, owners that think they can do it all in the likeness of DC!!!!
  8. Please stop listening to anything about any bidders, we'll find out in good time. They've all signed NDA's FFS! There are no 'In The Know' people
  9. Probably applies to Hillsborough too if we're looking forwards!!!
  10. Glad Mike Ashley is taking the NDA seriously and letting people know his plans
  11. I think with administration people have definitely got a bit too ahead of themselves with positivity. This season was always going to be a struggle with how DC left us, now that he's gone there's not a lot anyone can really do. Start Cadz instead of Ugbo, start Cooper, they're all limited options that realistically don't massively improve/change or give different tactical options in any major way. This season we were always going down with the squad we had, to have played in a competitive manner for 80% of games has been a surprise and above my expectations. Today must be the worst but I've expected this most games, nothing has changed today, we're a poor squad in a tough league that needs 25 players. It's tragic that we've capitulated somewhat in this, of all games and potentially kick started their season but heads up folks, we've got a lot to look forward to!!!
  12. That is the definition of a Kop!
  13. You’re right but the majority are untrained with no authority to do anything, that could quite easily be our sons or daughters just trying to earn some extra cash on a casual basis! They are not the problem!
  14. I've often wondered post Wembley how a good owner might have capitalised on that. I genuinely feel you could have filled Hillsborough for the coming season, even just by offering EB prices back on sale to anyone that was at Wembley! Another option would have been to sack the manager!!!!
