    12 November 1960 Wednesday 2 Spurs 1. Sat on the railings at the back of the cop with my school mate who was a Unitedite. I had already been to the Lane before but something did not click with me. That was the day I became a Wednesdayite and will be till the day I die.

    Do you know I cannot remember how much I paid for tickets for my wife and I. We were quite well off then as I owned my own business. Looking back I cannot think what possessed me to take him down without a ticket, but I did. Also all 3 of us could have been ejected for trying. Anyway, that's how it was.
