This was because we had Poveda. Having that type of creative player creates problems. We just don’t have that, needed it last season too. Ugbo IMHO is a poacher at best

Weaver has a lot potential. Better than Otegbayo and less of a liability than Iorfa. Back four with Palmer at RB would be my choice

Great opportunity for prem clubs to get some of their young players some valuable playing time if they are willing to pay 100% wages.

Surely the risk of not getting paid rests with the player. I understand the EFL taking their position but by not letting us recruit it puts excessive pressure on the existing squad eg though injury and suspension.

Needs to get it done then. As much as I don’t want to lose him. The greater good and all that

Need to provide some assurances to the EFL that wages will be paid so we can at least try and salvage the season. September helps no one

This really shows how ineffective the EFL have and continue to be, any other regulatory environment and its just not acceptable to have the basics in place
