You can see people getting fed up in the stands. Kids with gloomy faces walking out of the stadium. Even as a season ticket holder, I’m starting to now question how long I can keep this going for. Especially for any upcoming midweek games where it’s going to be freezing or banging it down, stopping where it’s warm and watching on the box is looking more appealing. The fans just need something right now, anything to get excited about, but personally, I feel the players and manager aren’t rewarding the fans. Yeah, I get the bigger picture and not putting anything aside, but they keep shooting themselves in the foot

Doesn’t matter how many he’s scored, I think we can say that he wasn’t the designated penalty taker, it was done for sentimental reasons. The players had the opportunity to send the fans home happy for a change, it’s a concern that a captain chose sentimentality over winning the game. Keeping McNeil on two would have kept him hungry for more, missing the penalty might have knocked that confidence back. Shocking decision and even worse from the manager for not condemning it

This I’m going today, and strangely looking forward to it….. but after last Sunday I can see why some fans would struggle to find the energy to turn up when the players can’t. And knowing that we still have to play that lot in their own back yard bothers me

I understand the sentiment and why people sometimes thing like this, but unless your ambitions are to ultimately compete at the highest level amongst the elite, then what’s the point? It would be like an England fan watching the qualifiers but not being interested about the World Cup

If you want to put it that way.....Peoples main gripe at the Forest Green game wasnt necessarily the result, but the all round bad performance and perceived lack of effort from the entire team. Not putting a shift in against Forest Green away is one thing, but to not do it against our biggest rivals at home is another. Get beaten 3-0 when youve left everything out on the pitch is also one thing........ the fans did their bit, the majority of the players didnt. They let the fans down.

I’m happy to write this season off…. I expected far more hammerings than we have received, I even resigned myself that it would be a heavy defeat against the blunts. Having said that, you pull on that blue and white shirt in the Sheffield derby and I expect you to give it your all. I can accept that players aren’t talented enough, or aren’t good enough…. What I can’t accept, is lack of effort That made the game at the weekend even tougher to swallow. The result hurt so don’t tell me it didn’t matter

Does this mean the play offs are back on?

All because someone had the audacity to celebrate scoring a goal. The same type of nobbers who are the reason why we have to net off large areas of the stadium, same nobbers who are the reason we have to pay for extra police in the stadium, and the same nobbers who are the reason why the trams werent running at the weekend.

Hovarth has pulled off some brilliant saves this season, particularly in the last few games. Finding it difficult to pile on after a mistake Isn’t he the 3rd choice keeper for Cardiff, on loan at a terrible team… what do folk really expect
