“Stop sacking managers. Let them build something”

Recommended Posts

Yes , I agree, stop sacking managers…. but only if you appoint the right ones in the first place.
It’s almost cruel to keep a manager if he is hopelessly out of his depth and shows no promise and doesn’t have a track record to prove that he might get things right eventually.

We , the fans don’t want to end up getting cross with nice guys.

You give a manager time when you CAN see he is working to a PLAN and knows what he's doing but maybe  players are out injured or he's getting the best out of what he's got but would do better with more money to bring in players.........

Since Chansiri took over ONLY Bruce could you possibly say that.... Carlos if he dropped his dumb philosophy.

Moore is pigheaded, won't admit his 3 at the back ain't working but persists with it having said it's how he wants his teams to play. He'll never admit to it being wrong.

Even Antonio Conte plays 4 at the back when he thinks it suits & that's more often than not, even with the attacking players at his disposal.

Does this sentence work ?

Or should a club sack a manager when it sees fit ?

Stop sacking managers????  No,.no, no!  There's a severe lack of accountability as it is.

If we insist on getting the wrong man for the job, then YES, definitely sack the manager when it seems....

1) he can't improve the players he has

2) he fumbles around selection hoping and praying that this one might be the one!

3) sticks players in positions that they are not suited for.

4) treat players poorly, not play them, incase of loan signings get them recalled by parent club

5)talk nonsense in interviews to try to cover your own short comings... getting volume, .... on the grass, etc

6) cannot set up a team to defend.

This manager has either lost his way or never found it in the first place.  Either way..  S A C K  T H E    I N C O M P E T E N T   W A S T E R.

So in short.  Yes.

I wouldn’t trust this manager with building a sandcastle never mind a football club

He’d try and build the sandcastle with piles of seaweed. Then if someone pointed out that he should use sand he’d look at the sand confused , leave it on the beach and continue building with seaweed
