It's quite evident now that DC picked the wrong bloke to succeed Darren Moore although the basic idea was correct, DM just isn't up to the job of a championship manager, as we'll see as the season pans out. He got lucky, asked for a big pay rise and then went off sulking as he realised he'd been found out.
Chansiri then went with Xisco Munoz, well who was to know how good he'd be and like DC said today, he couldn't do the job. He failed and I can't help but think there was a bit of the snake oil salesman about him now he's gone.
Now we have had a breath of fresh air breathed into our lungs in the form of Danny Rohl (excuse spelling). He's bringing 4 coaches from Germany and going to get a top coach from the UK (not Colin I hope but maybe it is) and hopefully we'll be turning things around and climbing the league. Worst case, we get relegated but I think we have the right bloke to take us forward if we do.
End of the day, we have a great Chairman running the club. He puts his money where his mouth is and does the best he can for the club. Our Club. He isn't going anywhere. We have a new manager who should get our wholehearted support as should everyone of our players.
I watched the under 21's tonight and I heard the chants of "Dejphon Chansiri get out of our club." I was ashamed, get a grip people, Dejphon Chansiri is a decent man, he's lumped the type of money into our club that we could only dream of and some would like to see the back of him.
Get a life, it isn't going to happen. Dejohon Chansiri, our Chairman, a legend, we're so lucky to have him.
Tell me i'm wrong.
