  1. There's a massive shock coming for Wednesday fans, especially those that sit in the north.
  2. *boast post* A pal has hooked us up with Club Wembley full corp wånkers in The Bobby Moore Lounge for saturday night. Looking forward to all the lovely booze - the footy less so.
  3. The owner of Specsavers in Barnsley is a personal friend. Do you want me to arrange a free eye examination? They're also great at spotting brain injuries...
  4. I'm no expert in the German legal process but as @HootHoot says, in England and Wales you have an almost zero percent prospect of continuing to trial after charging (which is where this case was in Germany) if the main (and almost certainly ONLY) prosecution witness refuses to testify. It hapens weekly at Sheffield CC alone.
  5. He (and any other male charged with domestic violence) is impossible to convict without the victim giving testimony. Trust me, go hang around Sheffield Crown Court for a week and see how many such trials are scrubbed because the victim refuses to testify. I won't out posters on here but I know former CPS employees are on here and they will know the difficulties in this type of crime. Are you hard of thinking/reading? There is no trial because he paid her off. I think I preferred your comic broken English foreigner persona - certainly smarter than this one. ^^^this
  6. He admitted his guilt. His (ex) partner refused to testify and admitted to receiving payment from him. Ask anyone involved in the legal system here - domestic violence is difficult to prosecute as victims are often very reluctant to testify. He's a wrong un.
  7. According to this translation he admitted what he was accused of, hence the 150,000euro 'donation'.
  8. reported as 3 seperate acts of violence towards his pregnant partner.
  9. Would you tear up a contract that earned you £250,000 over the next 20 weeks?
