We look a little open on the left lol.
With super Marv, no chance

I’m being positive that there fit so I’d go with:
Beadle
Palmer Ihekwe Bernard
Valentin Vaulks Bannan Johnson
Poveda
Ugbo Cadamateri

Current market with the upkeep of the ground and what the squad is worth. £40m with an additional £30m if we get to the premier in 5yrs sounds sensible to me.
The club now including the ground is not worth what Chansiri paid for it.

I would have thought more 28k what with it been on a bank holiday. If the weather is decent, a few might decide on the day to purchase a ticket.
Genuine question how do you buy on the day now ?? Is it all online and then queue in the ticket office or just go queue. There is no pay on the gate I’m assuming ??

This game is double discount for members.
£17 on the Kop
£23 on the North/Granstand
£26 on the South
Excellent prices for Adults, providing you have a membership.
This should be the price of all midweek games regardless of membership

CBs hardly ever score for the first team, yet we've got one in the U21s scoring twice in 15 minutes! From a corner as well!
Shipston’s corners are better than anything we have in the first team

We got a team sheet ?

Every season in the last 6 seasons we have had double digit players out of contract.
This is not the winds of change as the articles its just bloody poor player management. How many players once again sat in the stands not playing out the last 6 months of their contract.
we need to get the players signed up we want and sell the rest, do not have 8 or 9 players staying till the last minute cost millions in wasted money again.
This. Every club has contracts expiring for different reasons but not the amount we do. There is just no forward planning from the club.
-
Have we actually found out how much he wants for it ?

It’s every year tho that’s the problem, you can’t build anything when you have this many contracts expiring

I’ve seen him play every game he’s had for the first team. He’s like a little kid running around. I’ll repeat what I said before…‘he’s on the bench for the reserves’. That means he’s NOWHERE near first team level.
Hes not on the bench for the reserves. He’s played all year but had a niggle and not been risked.
In his first team appearances he’s done well. But understand it’s all about opinions.
A few games at our level and you’d see he is ready IMO but you never know until it’s tried.

Yes, the same Ross Barkley that is currently playing for premiership Luton.
And playing well. There was even talk of an England recall !
But good old Gareth picked Hendo

I really don’t understand the calls for Shipston. You do know he only made the bench for the U21’s the other week, right? He’s MILES off the required level.
Have you ever watched him ?? A lot of us have and have the opinion that he isn’t miles off but could actually add something to a very weak midfield.
Like any young player he is nowhere near the finished article but would be more of an asset than playing Palmer or Momo Diaby in CM.
-
He’s going to. It’s just at what point.
If we can keep him next season then it’s a big plus. But unlike any other club we’d know and plan for this getting some continuity and style. Well probably end up with the Swedish Jos or Bulgarian Xisco next - or even worse the English Garry Monk !!

Beadle
Palmer Ihekwe Bernard
Valentin Shipston Vaulks Bannan Johnson
Poveda Ugbo

Musaba shouldn’t be on the pitch at all

Regardless of what you think about the reasoning, I think that ultimately saying "the West Stand should be knocked down" is right.
I know people don't like hearing it from people outside the club, maybe especially not from anyone with a scouse accent, but it's still true. It should have been pulled down in 89, or when money was last spent on the ground ahead of Euro 96.
I don't know why people leap to defend it. It's by a distance the worst part of the ground, can't serve its purpose to us anymore capacity wise and is attached to an appalling loss of life. And even if you think the Newcastle thing was a load of absolute b*llocks (as I do), then it's still an example of how easily that stand still - and always will - so easily attract negative attention to the club.
Correct.
I mean there was no near miss in the Newcastle game and according to the rules it’s perfectly safe, however the whole end plus the police box and the corner needs to be demolished and rebuilt.
As you suggest every game the fans will
find fault with it even if there isn’t any, it won’t be full and the stigma will always we there.
This is actually one of the proposals that I think we’d actually be granted financial help for !!
So I’m in favour of this as I have been for years.
