  1. I imagine they had to book it way ahead of when they knew the draw for the group stage?
  2. His body language was awful for that pen. Didn’t look confident at all.
  3. Page, Lester and knill on the coaching team. Of course they flopped. Piggies will be getting sacked in the morning.
  4. Think it’s also safe to say Scotland won’t be making it past the group stage
  5. My prediction is they will finish above us next season.
  6. Shows once again that it’s utter nonsense that there aren’t other alternatives out there. Chansiri needs to be pushed to sell up in the same way the Reading fans have with Dai.
  7. I was there. We played like we were hungover. Possibly the worst performance ive ever seen from an SWFC side. Thankfully we had a happy ending. I ******** dread going back to poxy grounds like that again next season.
  8. But as has already been pointed out, only one team can win a tournament and we are always up against 3 or 4 football powerhouses who on their day can win. Luck plays a huge part of it in these games of fine margins. The mental fragility of the players is also a huge factor. Who would have thought Kane skies that pen against France? I just think it is naive to think that by swapping Southgate for a Kevin Keegan like figure (another flop as England manager) who will go all out attack will somehow automatically deliver a better outcome than what Southgate has already managed.
  9. What about Sven? Decent manager, decent side, won fizz all. Same with the side in 1990. Maybe the issues run deeper than the manager and we’re once again looking for a scapegoat.
  10. Lets be honest, no one is arsed about these games at this point of the season.
  11. Honestly. Who gives a fizz? People must have such easy lives when they can get so worked up about a tiny cross on the back of a football shirt.
  12. “But there’s no buyers out there” There is quite evidently loads of American rich men looking to get into English football right now.
  13. He will jump ship because he’ll soon work out working for this chairman won’t take him where he wants to be.
