  1. Think it was a mistake to let him leave on loan. Many say he’s not championship quality but the whole squad pretty much didn’t look great under Xisco. What happens if Bannan gets injured ? Who’s going to be our creative spark in the middle? When you look at Mo Diaby’s performance on Friday night and Byers has been allowed to leave on loan, you have got to question that decision. By the way, I’m a big Danny Röhl fan as well.
  2. I’ve got to say that Mo Diaby is quite a way short in what is required for championship football. Technically nowhere near good enough and Birmingham were just strolling through our midfield with ease in the first half. I’m a big fan of Danny Röhl but he has the midfield wrong.
  3. Take your word for it. I listened to it on the radio. I watched the Watford game on follow and he looked heavy, slow and knackered to be fair. But, he nade a good contribution to our promotion last season and he had good bottle in taking some penalties in key moments. Unlike a certain record signing for us.
  4. League one player without a doubt. We really needed to try and engineer a move for him but it’s easier said than done if the terms cannot be agreed and there is not much money going around with clubs at the moment. Like Gregory, he will always be held in high regard with us Wednesday fans for their contribution in league one but this level is way above them.
  5. Sadly, we are down. That was a huge game today and we’ve got tonked 4-0. We need to make up 9 points and the squad isn’t good enough.
  6. Very good league one player. No way near good enough for this level. Hes not mobile or quick enough.
  7. He took a whack at end of Watford game ffs. Usual dramatisation going on
  8. Totally agree. We are all disappointed and it’s very easy to go out and blame DC, blame Röhl for tactics and blame some of the players. Enjoy your evenings folks with your families !
  9. Dog Botherers squad is better than what most on here think. Certainly better than ours and qpr’s. We need to bring in some quality in this window otherwise we are down. Not being negative, just realistic.
  10. I know Byers has been off the pace this season but so have most of the team. I like him and think he’s a good player. I’d personally keep him as I know there’s more in his locker given his age and his ability. Agree about smith and Gregory - definitely not championship level. Both done a great job and we should move on with our utmost best wishes.
  11. I actually think dog botherers have a decent squad when all their players are fit. They’ve certainly got a better group of players than us. But we have the better manager for sure. I thought QPR were garbage today and it gives me confidence that we can finish above them. Next weeks game is absolutely massive. Im hoping we can bring in a few players this week who are better than what we already have. He needs some help does Danny!
  12. A draw for me. Neither team gets 3 points and a bit of confidence too. Obviously, we don’t want the dog fanciers coming away with a win today - that would be a disaster.
  13. Valentin gets my vote for some great cover tackling. I thought Bernard looked class. Hes calm and that’s what I want from a centre half.
  14. Ye, that Ben Sheaf was levels ahead of our players in there today.
