We're down anyway so I'd rather see the young players play and get some more experience, even though we're likely to get beat most weeks. Hopefully any players new owners bring in will be brought in to do a job next season to get us back up. We’ve got a paper thin squad thats filled with literal kids and we’re poised to loose 2 players to the ANC for up to 5 weeks. The kids are getting injured at a rapid rate because they’re being asked to do too much too soon physically. Bringing in 2 experienced free agents is the tip of the iceberg. We could do with 6 tomorrow. 4

He strikes me as a leader. Something which our defence has been sadly lacking even though we have some very experienced players there. A good signing I feel. 2

The best way to ruin young players is for them not to recover between matches...playing Sat, Wed, Sat isn't good for them at their age...Recovery is vital that's why clubs try to dip them in and out. Some of them are up to it like Amass so it's good he's going to be fresh for the pigs 2

SwellOwl Posted November 17 Posted November 17 Decent signing, all things considered. Our defence has been needing leadership and feel Cooper can provide that.

Standidno Posted November 17 Posted November 17 Doesn’t sound like he’ll be involved at weekend. Honestly I think he’d be the standout player even if half fit 1
WimJunk Posted November 17 Posted November 17 League 1 Liam, as he is called by some down Elland Road way. Hopefully he'll do enough to be just that, next season.
