Soulless bowls I've been to;

Leciester

Southampton

Hull

Coventry

Derby

Pretty much single tier bowls with no imagination in their design.

But stadium design has come on a long way since they were built and depending on our new owner, how much could we spend on a new stadium.

I would argue that we are historically bigger clubs than those so a larger capacity than those could be filled if we make it to the Premiership.

We you see videos of Everton, Tottenham new stadium and some of the NFL stadiums especially some of the hospitality and fan zones, i'd love a new stadium.

Real Zaragoza's new stadium would be a good blueprint to start with.

It's all down to design, architecture and acoustics. It comes down to "effort" (think about the passion Kris and team are showing...imagine if they were the project managers for a new SWFC stadium?)

I have been involved in many stadium projects over the last 20yrs. It sometimes felt like the "project leads" couldn't give supporter influence/membership a great deal of weight.

Wembley, Twickenham, The Oval, Ebbsfleet, Maidstone Utd, Belle Vue and others. It's very hard to find the perfect ingredients for what everyone wants, meeting budgets, capacity, footprint/design constraints and more.

My personal view is that Daniel Levy created something absolutely stunning for Spurs and that it is the best stadium in Europe, if not the world.

I quite like the Cardiff City Stadium, as new grounds go.

Can be a decent atmosphere when Wales play there.

I doubt the administrators will have much of a role, beyond the takeover.

The new people will have their own ideas.

I think it can be done much better than that.

And our Kop & South stands are much better than Stoke's West & South stands.  So, we're halfway there already.

The soulless bowl argument is not about atmosphere from myself. It's more about identity.

As a kid you could watch 10 seconds of a clip and know which ground it was.

Highbury, Villa Park, Old Trafford, A field, Baseball Ground, Salter gate.

Soulless bowls can't be. They can still generate an atmosphere obviously but st marys, pride park, Middlesbrough. Fill it with different colour seats / sets of fans. No idea where I am. No character or soul

Exactly this

Plus looking for the floodlights at an away match

It took me an embarrassing amount of time to work out what "A field" was there. I actually assumed they were referring an an actual field initially...

You'd hope it was for £1.2 billion.
