Had email from Fernhurst pub and they are away friendly as is the Golden Cup. The Golden Cup have no chef at the moment though, so there will only be drinks and Sarnies available.
Cant see us making much noise for the first 15 mins, everyone's going to be knackered from blowing stuff up.
Idea.........., 1 person / block takes in a balloon inflater !
Please can we stop wearing our camoflage kit away from home and wear the yellow instead. Newcastle, Brum Cardiff all great results in the yellow, compared to QPR MK Dons and Shrewsbury in the Camo.
I watched at Glanford Park Pre-season friendly (lost that one as well) and had a job 'picking out' the players. Surely the players must struggle to see each other in it.
I honestly believe its our away kit that is to blame. Look at the 2nd photo on todays pictures on the swfc website. It is like wearing camouflage.
I first noticed it when we played at Glanford Park, pre-season.
Alot of our worst performances this season have come in this kit when we play in stadiums with light blue seats, i.e Reading last week .
The players must have a right job picking out each other.
Lets wear Yella away from home
Anyone wanting to stay in York after the Friendly on 18th July, its nigh on impossible. Barely a room in a Hotel to be found. The Friday night isn't much better either.
Goal scoring positions, does that mean walking into the box, holding your markers hand,. Never attacks the ball, never gets in front of his marker, wee wee poor shot, 6`7" tall 6`0" when he jumps, sorry, goes to head the ball.
