Thought we were looking forward. Why go back 40 odd years.
Never liked the 70s owl badge. Move forward...any branding will probably in the hands of some agency if we have US owners who are media savvy.
Finally some sense from the FA, carpet burns are really painful.
Good to see the FA as guardians of the game prioritising carpet burns over, owners ruining club's and millions of pounds in debt.
Not so sure, could get to a stage where the sums involved just becomes insurmountable. PL have already changed football in this country beyond recognition, look what FIFA have been doing all about money.
He is correct, although 1st priority is assembly of a team to get us out of Lg1 and competitive in the Championship first. Unless a new investor sees stands as a priority over the team.
Think the decision is why bigger than a generation. The way football is going, at some point the PL will become a closed shop with promotion like the US franchise system all about money.
He will know that, hes a clever businessman who know s value.
Would bring stability back and no drama. Maybe a choice between Ashley and some unknown who throws millions around without a plan.
Maybe..sure there were some arrest stats for matchs by club per fan and seemed to be some high stats in the lower leagues 1 and 2, maybe cyclical though most clubs had their share of idiots early 80s to 90s calmed down and a resugance of Asb in all general inc football.
CCTV helped initially now young uns dont seem to care and post it.
Man City and there backers have more cash than the football authorities, they can tie them up indefinatley and the football governing bodies cannot afford to take them on and lose.
Expect a fine that City are happy to pay and they will carry on.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing....we move on and no need to try to blame our fans. The bucj stopped with DC, he gone lets look forwatd to a more harmonious future.
True enough. You can argue that if a player has been at a club for 5 or 10 years and not had interest from higher teams then not improving and needs replacing. If their still here were not improving.
We really need dragging in to the business of the football industry.
