We need a real flood of feel good now. I’d get back the 20 most rated platers over the last 40 years (surely they’d help for the price of a hotel, beer and travel) and have them all there for the odd game, do a meet and greet, walk around etc. One night put a stage in the ground, sell tickets and open the bars, pie shops and have an evening with them, like they did at the city hall, but massive.

No I don’t think it is. We’ve got a number of legends who achieved more. As he said when he was at the city hall he felt a bit of a fraud sitting with Palmer, Sheridan etc. So a stand I don’t think he’d appreciate. I think he’d just be happy to bow out with what he’s achieved
